Chief Executive Officer - Bettie Cosby
Bettie Cosby has over 25 years of sales and management experience in business development, hospitality and fine jewelry industries, which includes 14 years nonprofit.

Prior to being hired, she was Director of Sales & Marketing with the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and previously spent 8 years with the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau as their Director of Membership.

Bettie earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. She is also the recipient of many awards for her expertise in events planning, marketing and sales.

Membership Director - Renee Larscheid
Renee Larscheid is responsible for membership recruitment and retention as well as overseeing the sales and implementation of the Chamber's annual Business Expo. Renee also provides support to the Ambassadors Committee, coordinates monthly breakfasts and participates in a variety of membership support programs.

Renee earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento. Renee is also a 2004 graduate of the Institute for Organization Management, a four-year program of chamber executive training offered by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She has been employed by the Citrus Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce for 20 years.

Community Development Director - Renee "RJ" John
Renee has worked in management and the hospitality industry for over 20 years. During this time she has owned her own catering business, managed a country club, and managed a credit union. Her work experience also includes over 10 years of special event planning and management.Renee is a California native and has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from CSU Sacramento. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors for a local arts organization and volunteers her time in ministry development within her church. Her passions for the hospitality industry and connecting people together are a natural fit for her role as Community Development Director with the Citrus Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce.

When not at work Renee spends time with her two children, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and cooking.

Office Manager - Ruth Artates
Born in the Philippines and raised in San Francisco. She spent her senior year at the Philippine Union Academy-to learn the language and the culture. She moved to Sacramento in 1981, where she attended and graduated from Sacramento City College.

She gained experience for this industry through working for 10 years at the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau as their Membership Manager, Arts and Communications Assistant and Film Commissioner Assistant.

She recently celebrated her 19th wedding anniversary; and a mom of two very active kids (ages 8 and 9).

Ruth currently works part time as a Realtor and Mortgage Loan Consultant.
