The purpose of this committee is to develop and engage leaders committed to making a difference in Citrus Heights.

The mission of the Leadership Citrus Heights program is to develop community leaders, activists, visionaries and advocates dedicated to the future of Citrus Heights through all levels of community engagement.

Leadership Citrus Heights (LCH) is a combination of educational experiences and group project designed to prepare you to make a difference in Citrus Heights. Over nine months, as a student, you will attend a retreat focusing on personal and public leadership skills, group dynamics, followed by modules presented each month focusing on the resources and challenges within our community.

LCH is a program for and about Citrus Heights. Leadership practices and management skills are interwoven throughout.
